At Maison Verdane, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges may be requested.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be in original packaging
  • include all original components
  • not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Refused Deliveries / Failed Delivery Attempts

  • failure to collect package
  • customs refusal

any return shipping, redelivery, customs, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • import taxes
  • VAT
  • brokerage fees
  • return shipping unless the issue was our error

Customs delays are outside our control.


Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first before initiating a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested.
